The Black Cleaver and late game Last Whisper are your go-to items against tanks. Skirmisher's Sabre is a good idea as well. You should build Mortal Reminder if you want any chance...

"Recalling just for Tiamat is okay. Otherwise that sounds like a pretty normal build order, yeah. Just remember you don't have to stick to it as a rule. For example, if you get a Tiamat first back and then you stay on the map for a while before recalling with enough for a full Titanic Hydra"

"I generally buy Tiamat on my first recall if possible. If not, getting Long Swords is okay, or you can finish Skirmisher's Sabre for a little more security in duels. Tiamat is pretty important because it saves you a lot of time on Raptors and Krugs.
