"Well I'll say I don't much like flask on ADCs. Usually doran's + vamp is enough sustain for me. Not sure what your beef is with the rest of the build though. It's fine. You don't start long sword every game either. There are other starts listed in the early game items section."

I'd say viable, but not a top pick. If you wanted to be the Best Yorick NA and spam him to diamond, you certainly could. I think his laning is still good, though not quite as ridiculous as...
