"Supports can't afford to buy DFG. Even if you want to go for a more defensive build, I'd still recommend getting it along with deathcap and void staff. You can buy two hardcore defensive items with those 3 items and still be a strong burst mage.

"Deathfire Grasp is core on Veigar and you should be rushing it. It increases the strength of his burst by 20% and adds a frontloaded damage nuke that takes out 15% of your target's health. Veigar is a single-target burst mage, you should be itemizing for that role. Also DFG makes zero sense o"

Though I've been getting flak for not having Q until 13 at 1800+. I've also seen a couple people on stream criticize nunu supports for not having consume. I started taking 1 point in it at 8 for dem clutch heals and objective control. Some people have told me to take it at 4"
