"Iceborn Gauntlet isn't too bad. CDR and armor are both good stats, but I don't find the passive proc to be super useful. You should be able to get away with it if the enemy team doesn't have much magic damage or the AP threat on the enemy team is behind.
The Conqueror rework seems pretty wack"

"I don't really recommend it as it's really expensive. In the vast majority of games, you'll be better off with a defensive item instead. It's one of the more viable damage items though so if you are just playing for fun it's not too bad."
