"Last time I checked he has theoretically the fastest clear of any jungle because of Alpha Strike's chance to proc for huge damage. Since they buffed it to always proc on the original target, his speed should be even better. He has a great AD steroid and DPS passive too."

"He's not, though his clear speed is certainly respectable.
I think the fastest clears right now are (in no particular order) Master Yi, Dr. Mundo, Shyvana, Udyr and Olaf."

"Depends what champion you're playing, but armor, mpen, arpen and ad marks are all decent. You can use attack speed on some junglers like rammus.
HP marks are not so great."
