"I heard from wRAth that own3d fixed its payment issues (the reason why a lot of pro League players switched to Twitch), though I'm sure either is fine. I think Twitch's chat is a bit nicer though."

"As far as I know, it can block basic attacks and on-next-hit abilities like Siphoning Strike. It can't block regular spells though."

"It's simply cut off. If the first word of the line is too long, it'll just cut off the last couple letters. I think it's supposed to end in an ellipsis (...), like it does for Rylai's."

Demolitionist increases your AA damage against towers
Havoc increases all your damage to any target, including champions.
