"Still not a fan. All Lux needs to push towers quickly is sheen->lich bane anyway. For such a small bonus, I'd get something that helps a bit early game. Even if it's only one point.
Siege Commander at least makes your entire team plus any nearby minions able to push towers more "

"Brute Force should definitely be maxed. It's been shown to be the most efficient use of tier 1 offensive masteries and is especially useful on Lux for harassing, last-hitting and proccing Illumination.
Mental Force and Havoc are both pretty terrible, though I'm not sure which is "
