"When you're playing him as a support and both teams have a jungler, you'll usually want to take Clairvoyance instead of Ignite (ALWAYS TAKE FLASH!). On the occasions that you don't need Clairvoyance, I'd take Ignite for the extra offense."

I think cloth5 for jungle is a bit unnecessary though. With the new jungle, it just seems like overkill (not to mention nerfed hp pots).
