Introduction

Welcome to my guide for Fiora: The Grand Duelist. This is my third guide and I wish everything will go according to the plan. Fiora is a great 1 vs 1 champion but if you don't get some early game kills you will be dominated all the game. If you get kills in early game, you can the fate of the game. Fiora is played solo top the most but some players play her as a jungler. There are some players that like to try something new, so they decided to go mid with Fiora. If you would like to know how to play her mid, look at this guide.
If you think my guide can look better, I forgot something or I am doing something wrong, tell me in the comment section.

Abilities

Fiora's abilites have long cooldown so you must play smart to be able to use them in the right way.

Duelist

Fiora regenerates 7 + (1 × level) health over 6 seconds each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
This is a very usefull passive since if you go top against someone that deals alot of damage, you can regenerate by hitting the minions.

Lunge

Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within 4 seconds at no mana cost.
This skill has some clever uses and some uses that aren't so clever. When you chase an enemy and you can't Lunge to him, use Lunge to an enemy minion and then Lunge again to your target. When you are chased in the jungle, drop a ward where some mobs are, then Lunge to it to escape from your chaser. Never use Lunge two times in a row to harras your enemy, use it when the enemy tries to run away.

Riposte

(Passive): Fiora's attack damage is increased.
(Active): Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
You should max this first not for the active, for the passive since it grants you 35 AD. You can block skills like Parrrley, Noxian Diplomacy or Crushing Blow.

Burst of Speed

Fiora gains additional attack speed for 3 seconds. Each autoattack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her movement speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.
This skill is really usefull in a 1 vs 1 fight. It is good when you got some lifesteal and want to regenerate some fast health. This skill offers you one of the biggest burst of speed in League of Legends.

Blade Waltz

Fiora dashes around the battlefield, becoming untargetable in the process, and striking random enemy champion(s) 5 times, dealing physical damage. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
This skill has some clever uses. You can use this skill either to kill somebody (you must be sure you can kill your enemy with Blade Waltz or to get alive out of a gank(when the enemy dives you Blade Waltz him). If your enemy is low HP when you Blade Waltz him, Ignite him as well and he will have no chance to escape.

Masteries

Offensive Tree
SPACE
Summoner's Wrath - You gain extra damage while your Ignite is on cooldown. And a buff is added to Exhaust and Ghost.
Brute Force - Extra damage which will give you an advantage early game, and that small amount will help late game too.
alacrility - It helps you early game with 4% attack speed. It is 5 times lower then Zeal so it's usefull.
Weapon Expertise - It helps you when the enemy team builds armor and you don't have Last Whisper or Black Cleaver.
Deadliness - It helps you early game to lasthit easier, it helps a little in late game but every small piece counts.
Vampirism - This will help you stay more in lane. Stacked with Duelist will give you alot of sustain early game.
Lethality - That 10% crit will help you in early game as well as in late game. This mastery gives you more critical chance then brawler's glove.
Sunder -It helps you when the enemy team builds armor and you don't have Last Whisper or Black Cleaver.
Executioner - This will help you lasthit minions and it also helps you in teamfights with your Blade Waltz since on-hit effects are applied.
Defense Tree
SPACE
Resistance - If you go against a Kennen or Vladimir solo top this will make them deal less damage to you
Hardiness - If you go against Gangplank or any AD solo top, this will help you out since they won't deal the same amount of damage.
Durability - A small amount of health that will help you stay more without recalling. This will help you early game alot.

Runes

Runes

Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush
Greater Mark of Attack Damage-This provides you a nice advantage against your enemies early game but their utility is good in late game too. You will get 9 attack damage at the starting of the game, with a point in Riposte 15, a total of 24, more then two Doran's Blades.
Greater Seal of Armor-These seals are usefull if you go against an AD like Talon but are still good when you go 1vs1 with the enemy AD carry.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist-At lvl 18 you won't have much trouble with the Ap carry with this glyphs. If you still have you should take Mercury's Treads or a Wit's End.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage-It provides you early game 6 Attack damage. With the runes and a point in Riposte and masteries you will have a total of 91.2 Attack damage.

Summoner Spells

Flash is a summoner spell that usually means safety. You basically Flash over the wall and you are safe. You can use Flash to be able to reach your enemy with a Lunge. Ignite is the finishing blow. I usually Ignite an enemy when he is low HP or when I Blade Waltz him. Ignite affects healing from skills such as Maximum Dosage.
I take Teleport when I am in a hard lane and I must often recall. You can use this to just push a lane, and when a teamfight occurs ,you Teleport to help your allies.
I was taking Ghost when I wasn't level 12. Ghost is better to make a gap beetwen you and your enemy but if the enemy has a gapcloser like Alpha Strike, shumpo, cutthroat or even Lunge it is useless. It is the same if the enemy has a slow. Take this when the enemy has alot of AD champions since this doesn't just slow,it reduces the attack damage of your enemies . Exhaust sometimes is better then Ignite but only sometimes.

Item Build

STARTING ITEMSPACE

If you are a begginer, you should take Doran's Blade on Fiora since it provides you some health, damage and a little lifesteal. All these provide you staying more in lane but later on you should sell this to buy something more usefull.
SPACE

OR

SPACE

If you are going against an AD top,you should take Cloth Armor and five Health Potions.Even if you don't think so,this will make a huge difference and you will have a plenty of potions to stay in lane more then 10 minutes.
SPACE

OR

SPACE
When you are facing an AP solo top, consider Boots and 3X Health Potions as your best choice since you will be able to build Mercury's Treads faster .
SPACE

OR

SPACE
Take this when you jungle. It is better then the Cloth Armor when you jungle because you just have enough defence from your seals. This with Duelist will give you a great sustain in jungle.
EARLY GAME

SPACE
Mercury's Treads cost only 1200 gold so after the second recall you should be able to pick them up if you farm properly and if you are Fiora farming is very easy.
SPACE
After your first recall you should be able to pick Wriggle's Lantern since it is so important if you go solo top.You have a nice amount of lifesteal, defense and damage. You won't imagine how much sustain you would have after this purchase+You won't need to buy a ward anymore.
SPACE
In order to make a Frozen Mallet you must take a Phage before. You can take a Giant's Belt but I prefer Phage since it gives you 25% slow chance and some attack damage.
MID GAME

SPACE
You should consider Frozen Mallet a core item since you always need it,unless you don't build glasscannon. It helps you with some extra health and with the slowing chance. In this way, with Lunge+basic attack your enemies won't be able to escape from you.
SPACE
Bloodthirster is a great choice on Fiora because it provides you a huge amount of damage and a nice amount of lifesteal.Farming the stacks for Bloodthirster is easy because of Burst of Speed. You won't really need to recall after this purchase, just if you want to buy items.
heahaegea
A B. F. Sword provides you a good amount of damage. In mid game, getting 1650 gold isn't that hard because of the teamfights that will occur.Always take place in teamfights because there won't be as much as in late game and it is the easiest way to get some free money.
LATE GAME

SPACE
This item is great since it provides you alot of Attack Damage and alot of Attack Speed and it's passive + Burst of Speed will make you deal even much more damage.
SPACE
I take Phantom Dancer not because of it's critical chance, because of it's attack and movement speed that really grants you a huge boost of mobility.Imagine how fast a huge amount of damage would be delivered by you to an enemy if Burst of Speed is active.
space
Buying two Bloodthirsters provides you much more lifesteal which you can go 1 vs 1 even if you are 500 health and the enemy has 3000 health. The damage output will increase by alot of damage and the bad thing:you need to farm 40 more minions.
space

Other Choices

ARMOR ITEMS
SPACE
Take this item when you die against AD carries who destroy you with their autoattack. They will get damaged too and you will be more safe because of the 100 armor.Take this item instead of Guardian Angel
SPACE
Take Frozen Heart when the AD caster gives you trouble with their OP burst. This item provides you a huge amount of armor, some mana so you can spam your skills more and cooldown reduction which really helps Fiora with her very long cooldowns.Take this item instead of one offense item.
SPACE
Guardian Angel works great on Fiora since you can be focused in teamfights and Guardian Angel will revive you but with little HP.If you know that you will die, don't use Blade Waltz, use it after you revive, since you will gain some HP.
SPACE
This item is a great choice on Fiora since it gives you defense, critical chance and the passive which stacks with your Frozen Mallet. Take this when you die cause of physical damage.
MAGIC RESSISTANCE ITEMS
SPACE
Maw of Malmortius is a great pick on Fiora when the enemy AP carry gives you trouble since it provides you magic ressist,a usefull shield and some attack damage.Take Maw of Malmortius instead of Bloodthirster.
SPACE
Wit's End is a great choice on Fiora since you ressist to your target's magic damage as much as you hit them.It even gives you some attack speed which is really helpfulll.Don't take Phantom Dancer if you take Wit's End.
ATTACK DAMAGE CHOICES
SPACE
Last Whisper is a great choice when the enemy team builds heavy armor. With Last Whisper you will still chop them down with no problem.
SPACE
You should take Madred's Bloodrazor when the enemy team builds alot of health. They give you some extra damage, armor ,attack speed and the passive that kills everybody with alot of health. You should take Madred's Bloodrazor instead of your second Bloodthirster.

Going Solo Top

Fiora is a great solo top champion. With her passive, Duelist, she can stay alot in the lane without letting her turret to be pushed.Even at low levels, she has a huge damage output, that's why alot of people are afraid from her.
Don't forget her combo, Lunge, Burst of Speed, Riposte, basic attacks, Lunge again and auto-attack.
At level 6 your combo should look like this:
Lunge, Burst of Speed, Riposte, basic attacks, Lunge, autoattacks, Blade Waltz and Ignite. That's a guarantee kill.
You can go 1 vs 2 .Try to stay at the turret and farm as much as possible. As your enemies will try to dive you, wait until they are next to your turret then Blade Waltz them and Ignite them. That's how you will be in front of them.Call your jungler for ganks since they will always over-extend.
If you go 1 vs 1,it shouldn't be a big trouble .I will tell you how to kill your enemies in the next chapter.
I recommend you to go solo top instead of jungle since Fiora has no CC and in order to make a good gank your partner must have a CC but this won't always happen. In order to gank you need red buff or Frozen Mallet.
When you go solo top all you need is your items and you are UNSTOPPABLE!!
However, in order to be unstoppable, you need to have some experience because Fiora isn't
like Tryndamere. I mean you need to have some skill to master her and mastering her is a major acomplishment.

Jungling

space
You will have a fast clearing speed with Burst of Speed. After you take red buff just go to gank a lane if possible, else try to counter-jungle the enemy.

Warding

Warding is one of the most important parts of the game, sometimes it makes the difference beetwen a victory or getting defeat. In the map below ,I will show you where to ward the map.Keep in mind that it isn't only support's job to buy wards. They are cheap, you can afford some of them.
Red circles - Crucial points that should always be warded in order to control the river and to not get ganked.
Yellow circles - It will help your jungler not get counter-jungled so he won't remain without mana or he won't be able to clear the jungle so fast.
Purple circles - Those are optional, but they can sometimes help your mid laner to not get ganked and will give you a bigger control over the map.
Green circles - Those will help you counter-jungle your enemy by stealing his buff with a Lunge or if you come too late, kill your enemy since he won't be full HP.

Fiora's Solo Top Enemies And How To Counter Them

Akali

SPACE
Skills:

SPACE
SPACE
Difficulty pre-6:Easy
Difficulty post-6:Medium-Hard
SPACE
How to counter:
Akali is a great solo top champion however I usually don't see her in any match. She is an easy opponent for Fiora since she isn't a great pusher as Fiora is.Before level 6 you should be able to kill her once or twice.
After Akali reaches level 6 you should have an advantage which you should try to mantain. She will be able to kill you in one burst so be carefull. When she initiates ,try to attack her but stay out of Twilight Shroud and save your Lunge.Once she is out of Twilight Shroud, try to kill her by getting to her with Lunge and killing her with Blade Waltz and Ignite.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Stay out of Twilight Shroud
-Try to kill her before she reaches level 6
-Don't overextend because you will get ganked.
-Always keep Flash for escaping, not for initating or dealing the killing blow.Cho'Gath

SPACE
How to counter:
Cho'Gath is an annoying solo top champion. His Rupture and Feral Scream are some annoying skills that can intrerupt her "burst".Always run from your position when he hits the ground .Take Boots and 3X Health Potions so you can avoid Rupture better.
A skilled Cho'Gath will use his Feral Scream when you Lunge to him so be carefull. When you are 300- health don't stick around. He will eat you with Feast. You could have 9999 magic ressist ,but you still won't survive since he deals TRUE DAMAGE.Don't let Cho'Gath farm his Feast because it will be harder to kill him.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Always try to avoid his Rupture
-Don't go to kill him when Feral Scream is ready to use.
-Don't think that you have enough damage to knock him down.
-Don't stick around with low health since he will eat you and grow bigger.Darius

How to counter:
Darius is a great solo top champion. His passive, Hemorrhage will usually kill you even if you escape alive but you should regenerate as fast as possible with Duelist. Don't attack him since you will die because of his Decimate and even if you managed to escape he will pull you back with Apprehend.
After level 6,the big problem occurs, Noxian Guillotine. Noxian Guillotine is dealing true damage. When you have all your Hemorrhage stacks on you,it will deal massive damage which will make it even harder for you to survive.
Stay at the turret, and ask for jungler ganks since the enemy will over-extend. Never go 1 vs 1 against him since he will have enough health to ressist against you and he will have enough damage to kill you.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Never go 1 vs 1 against Darius
-Stay away from the range of Apprehend
-When you have hemorage stacks and you are level 6,don't stick around.
-If you are dying cause of Hemorrhage, hit some minions.Dr. Mundo

SPACE
How to counter:
Dr. Mundo is an easy target for Fiora since he has no damage to kill Fiora with.I mean he has damage but without harrasing with Infected Bonesaw he won't be able to kill you.Stay behind a minion since he will spam his Infected Bonesaw and will really annoy you.
When you go in a melee fight,he will activate Heart Zapper,at that time you should try to kill him as much as possible since it will damage Dr. Mundo and with your damge, the enemy will die or will remain alive and recall, which will lead to a destroyed turret. He will always try to kill you in a 1 vs 1 fight because you are "squishy".After level 6,I put it on Easy-Medium because you may have some problems if Ignite is on cooldown. When he activates his ulti,he should be low HP,so that's the moment for Blade Waltz+ Ignite.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Always stay behind a minion so he can't land Infected Bonesaw on you.
-Jump on him whenever he activates Heart Zapper.
-Never think you are too good since you will lose.
-Your river should always be warded since he will often call for help.Galio

How To Counter:
Galio is usually found bot lane as support or mid lane as caster but however if you are in lane with him,try to avoid resolute simte and Righteous Gust.In this way he will burn mana and when he is out of mana, at that time he is dead.
When you lane against Galio don't go very aggressive ,try to farm as much as possible.Try to harras him when he comes near you and he can't respond so fast to your action.Even if you get slowed by resolute simte, don't panic since it is a hard skill to land and it is not a very big slow.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Try to avoid Resolute Smite and Righteous Gust.
-Keep in mind that you have no easy kills from him.
-Before his ulti deals AoE damage, try to Blade Waltz him so you won't get damaged

How To Counter:
Gangplank is a champion that will harras you alot in lane.He will harras you with Parrrley but luckily you can parrey it with Riposte but you won't be able to always do it since Parrrley doesn't have a longer cooldown.
You wouldn't like to be chased by Gangplank since you don't have any escape mechanisms and he has his Raise Morale and Grog Soaked Blade.
Nothing much will change after level 6,since you won't be damaged if you Blade Waltz him when he uses Cannon Barrage on you.If he isn't in the area which is effected,it's even easier, Lunge to him and that will be a mess of a ulti for him.
SPACE
Tips:
SPACE
-Try to use Riposte when he comes for a Parrrley

Garen is a ****ing annoying champion in lane. You can take him down really easy before level 6 but after level 6 you should be cautious. You can block his Decisive Strike with Riposte but the silence will still be applied.
When he comes with Judgment rush on him with Lunge and Burst of Speed.Because Garen builds health, you can take Madred's Bloodrazor but this only if he gives you trouble and you can't really kill him.
At level 6,you won't like to stick around alot when you are lower on HP cause of his Demacian Justice. However, you both of you are low, your Blade Waltz has a bigger range and you can kill him with Blade Waltz and an Ignite.

Some of you may say that I shouldn't put Hecarim here but alot of people play him as a solo top laner .You will have a pretty easy time against this guy.Early game he has no damage at all.If he comes to use Rampage on you ,you can easily harras him and that will be a good exchange for you.
After level 6,he gets his Onslaught of Shadows which again doesn't deal any damage but your Blade Waltz will deal alot of damage .This guy will call for ganks since he won't do good at all but if you ward the river ,you will be fine.
SPACE
Tips:

-You can play aggressive against him

After level 6,she has her Transcendent Blades which deals alot of damage for early game. When I play against Irelia I take Exhaust because it will be really usefull against her Hiten Style.Don't try to be aggressive and farm as much as possible.Against such a champion your main point must be defending the turret.Better nerf Irelia.

Jax is a champion that is usually banned in draft pick. If you go against him, you are nearly dead since your Burst of Speed is useless against his Counter Strike. Even if you are low health he will catch you with Leap Strike.
After level 6, the shield from Master-At-Arms will make him even harder to kill.Never go 1 vs 1 only if your jungler is waiting in the bush. His Empower is not applying any damage if your Riposte is on but if he activates it and then uses Leap Strike you will have no chance to escape his huge amount of damage. That's why you must focus on farming and defending the turret.

How To Counter:
She is most found bot lane as a support. Kayle isn't a very hard opponent for Fiora, however if she has experience with Kayle it can cause you some trouble but not that much. Her Divine Blessing grants her some movement speed and health that can make her survive your combo.
After level 6, she has her Intervention which can make your Blade Waltz nearly useless. That's why you shouldn't dive her only when you know her ulti is on cooldown. Kayle's Righteous Fury is a better farming tool then Burst of Speed but if she damages you with it, just lunge to her and she will usually retreat.
size
Tips:
size
-Don't be afraid to go in a 1 vs 1 before level 6

How To Counter:
Lee Sin is a great solo top champion since even if he is an offtank, he still has the damage to kill you without too many items. Before level 6, you must try to farm more then him and keep him away from the minions. That's how you will level to 6, and then if you are full health, kill him with this combo: Lunge-> Burst of Speed-> Riposte->basic attack-> Lunge-> Blade Waltz-> Ignite.
Now this lane may go in two different parts when you level to 6: Either you kill him if you leveled before him or you both leveled to 6 at the same time.
If you kill him don't get to aggressive since he can still kill you. Even if he nearly dies, the cooldown from Dragon's Rage is smaller from Blade Waltz's one so be carefull and pay attention to his moves.
If you both level to 6 at the same time this is a big problem for you. Keep distance and try to farm but if he gives you alot of trouble just call for your jungler.
size
Tips:

How To Counter:
Malphite is the type of character which doesn't take alot of damage but deals a significant amount of damage with his Ground Slam and Seismic Shard. He is a very dangerous opponent for Fiora because he naturally builds armor that will reduce her damage.
In early game, your main goals are to defend your tower, farm minions and not get harrased since if you are somewhere near half health he won't have any problem diving you and eventually killing you. Try to kill him when he didn't recall and doesn't have items since after his first recall he will be very hard to kill.
Malphite is a beast after level 6 since he has his Unstoppable Force which will be his main turret diving tool however you will have your Blade Waltz helping you to survive the turret dive. Never charge at Malphite after level 6 since he recalled once or twice and he will have defence items that will stop you from killing him. If you think you can be aggressive try to get an early Last Whisper so his armor will pe chopped into pieces.

Tips:
space
-Don't get aggressive
-Don't try to kill him because he will kill you instead

size
How To Counter:
Mordekaiser is a great pusher so that's why you must stay in lane alot or you will get pushed to your turret really fast. As you play Fiora, the early advantage is what will make you OP so in order to mantain that, I take Teleport so I won't lose my turret fast.
Before level 6, it will still be hard to even damage him because of Iron Man and Creeping Death. That's why don't think you can charge at him and kill him fast.I played alot against Mordekaiser players so I can tell you how to beat them. Even if you deal less damage, you still deal some. I take a Doran's Blade against him so my early damage is amplyfied. That's how you safely harras him well:
Lunge-> Burst of Speed-> Lunge to one of his minions.
This works when he is behind his minions or when he is in the bush but remember that you must be fast and do this in 3 seconds so you can Lunge back. By reapeting this procces he will be forced out of the lane and you will be able to push and he would lose minions. If he doesn't recall and you are sure you will kill him with a little more damage, use both Lunges on him and Burst of Speed. Remember that Mace of Spades is blocked by Riposte so use this when you go against him.
After level 6, you will have a little harder time since you mustn't be low health because of Children of the Grave. From now on, you should ask for help from the jungler and keep your distance. However if you go against him and you see you lose and you have no escape, use Blade Waltz on him so he won't be able to cast Children of the Grave on you. I say that dying from Children of the Grave is very bad since he will get your clone and he will push your turret faster.

Tips:

-Try to defend your turret
-Keep your distance to not get harrased
-Try to outfarm him if he isn't a good player
-Never go 1 vs 1 after lvl 6 cause of Children of the Grave
-Take Teleport whenever you know you go against himNasus

Nasus is a great solo top champion however he isn't played by many players. If you go against him keep in mind that his Siphoning Strike will get deadlier whenever he kills a target with it but fortunately you can use Riposte to not get damaged. That's why whenever he activates Siphoning Strike, Lunge at him and hit him a little so he will have less farm then you. Early game, Nasus has much more sustain then Fiora but however she can still kill him before level 6 if she is played correctly.
After level 6, Fury of the Sands will cause you some trouble. The cooldown difference beetwen Blade Waltz and Fury of the Sands isn't very big so Nasus may defeat you after level 6. A Fury of the Sands is tanking Blade Waltz well which isn't good for you so you must know when to use it. Even his Wither will make your Burst of Speed pretty much useless some times.

Tips:

-Try to keep him away from farm before level 6
-You can kill him before level 6
-Don't stay in Spirit Fire
-After level 6 you will have some trouble so call for your jungler

Nidalee is very good solo top champion. I own her so I know how to counter her really well. How I said, Nidalee is a great solo top champion but against a champion like Fiora, she has no chance to win her lane.
Early game, her Javelin Toss will be a major threat for you so be carefull and stay behind your minions so she can't land it on you. Her bushwhack isn't very usefull against you since you won't usually stay in the bush to deal damage as Rengar does.
After level 6, her Aspect Of The Cougar will annoy you since she will be able to escape from you. That's why you should keep your Lunge and Blade Waltz so she can't escape from you. Try to keep her away from your minions and try to make her often recall so you will destroy the turret as fast as possible.

How To Counter:
There is pretty much no way to counter Olaf if you play with Fiora against him but you can hold your lane until laning phase ends. You will be able to defeat an Olaf only if he is a bad Olaf player so that's why never get aggressive.
Before level 6, you will be able to harras him until he goes to recall but however he can still leave you unfarmed with one easy way: he will use Reckless Swing on you whenever you go for a lasthit. Reckless Swing deals alot of damage and deals true damage so your armor won't be a problem for Olaf. His Tough It Out provides more sustain then your Duelist so don't think that he will always recall after he is a little low health.
After level 6, his Ragnarok is known for the fact that no one can use any crowd control on him. Since Fiora has no natural CC, he won't use it to go out of a fight against you but it provides him armor which will reduce your damage output so your main priority will be to keep the turret.

-Never try to 1 v 1 with him unless he is low health

Pantheon is a champion who builds damage and health and deals alot of damage. His Aegis of Zeonia is really annoying and Fiora can be shut down really easy with a stun. With his Aegis Protection, he will be able to dive you on lower levels.
Before level 6, try to farm and harras him whenever possible. Some people say Pantheon counters Fiora because of his constant harras with Spear Shot and the stun from Aegis of Zeonia. The mistake every Fiora player does, is retreating after he uses an ability on you. You should Lunge at him when he comes to Spear Shot you and then use your Burst of Speed so he will get lower and lower health as you get too.
After level 6, nothing really changes, except that he will be able to gank with Grand Skyfall, pick up some kills and then dominate you. Be carefull whenever he uses it so you can tell your team to be carefull.

-Farm alot
-Don't retreat when he comes to harras you
-Try to have some exchanges
- Riposte doesn't block Spear Shot so be carefull

Renekton is a non-mana champion so this allows him to spam his skills while you can't do this. As I said in this guide, a stun will easily shut down Fiora and since he has his Ruthless Predator's stun, you can die in a 1 v 1 really fast. You won't like to go in a fight against him when he has more then 50 fury...
Before level 6, you will be able to harras him but you should pay attention to his fury. In this way you will be able to force him out of the lane and get a creep advantage but still, he can riposte and it could be a bad exchange for you instead of for him...
I faced this champion alot of times in lane and I can pretty much tell you that after some time, your HUGE DAMAGE OUTPUT won't be anything against his heavy armor so never think you can go kill him very easy.
After level 6, you both have an ultimate that will help you alot, yours is Blade Waltz and his is Dominus. The health gained by him will help him survive your Blade Waltz and the fury regeneration will help him stun you once or twice and the magic damage will be a threat for you since he deals tons of damage.
Against such champions, try to mantain your lane.
size
Tips:
size
-Take Teleport since after he stuns you once, you will instantly get to low health
-Never try to 1 vs 1 with him even after level 6
-Defend your turret and farm as much as possible
-Try to farm out of turret range before level 6
-Try to get help from your jungler
-Just stay still and wait for a moment to strikeRengar

How To Counter:
Rengar is a great jungler but however he is played as a laner more often. He had great sustain with his Empowered Battle Roar and deals a lot of damage with Savagery. If Fiora has AS from Burst of Speed, Rengar has AS with his Savagery.
Before level 6, you will be able to harras him to death. He will usually try to leap at you with his Unseen Predator and use a Savagery on you. Whenever he leaps, activate Riposte. Even if you will do well, he won't recall so fast because Empowered Battle Roar will give him great sustain. Never double Lunge him since he has the slow/snare from Bola Strike and he may run. That's why after he uses it, use your second Lunge so he can't run.
After level 6, Thrill of the Hunt will help him escape nasty situations which will be bad for you. Always try to use your Blade Waltz when you know Thrill of the Hunt is on cooldown. Don't push hard since you can get punished. In some parts of the guide, I said that Blade Waltz is excellent for turret dive but however don't dive Rengar since if he uses Thrill of the Hunt, you will get hit by the turret and he will regenerate ferocity really fast and that will be a problem for you.
size
Tips:
size
-Force him out of the lane
-Use your Lunge in smart ways
-Activate Riposte when he leaps at you
-Be carefull at Thrill of the Hunt

Ganking

When ganking, your most important tool must be red buff. You must use it as much as possible when you have it and if you have exhaust it is better. I say all these thinks because Fiora has no slow or stun herself. If there is still the laning phase when you have your Frozen Mallet, you will get a huge advantage.
How should I start a gank?
If the enemy didn't push to the turret, Lunge to him and activate Burst of Speed. If you get support from your ally, which you normally must have, you should be able to kill him with a Blade Waltz and some basic attacks if he isn't dead.
If he pushed to the tower and even your ally isn't there, just go to him and activate Burst of Speed.Since the enemy usually uses Flash, Lunge to him and then just hit him and use Blade Waltz if you are sure you can kill him.
NINJA GANKING
Ninja Ganking is easy for champions who have a gap closer. Since Fiora has her Lunge which can be casted twice, ninja ganking is easy for her but it is better if she has red buff or Frozen Mallet. If you don't know what ninja ganking is, let me explain you: When the lane is a little bit pushed go in the side bush and wait for the enemy to initiate. At that moment jump on your enemy with all your force and kill him.
Hard
Always keep in mind that if the enemy uses his ultimate or uses his summoner spells, that's a succesfull gank!

Your role in teamfights

Since this build provides you a little bit tankyness, you should go and kill the biggest damage dealer Lunge to them or use it when the enemy tries to escape. It will be easy for you to take down the heavy damage dealers if you did well early game.
Going for them is pretty easy: Riposte so one of their attacks will be blocked and then use Burst of Speed. If you aren't sure you can kill your target only with autoattacks, Blade Waltz him or her and they will surely be dead.YOU MUST TAKE DOWN THE AD AND THE AP CARRY IN TEAMFIGHTS
But still you aren't that tanky enough to tank all of your enemies skills so positioning is the key. When you go in a teamfight, make sure to come from the back and make sure you have a good escape rout if you are taking too much damage.
Take a look at this images(I am not colbycheeze,I just took the photos from his video).
Firstly,I target Twisted Fate since he is the AP carry and he is so squishy.
I planned my escaping route even if we were going to lose the teamfight,it was easy, flashing over the wall.

Why do I max Lunge last?

I max Lunge last since it is an utility skill.Even if you think it deals alot of damage,no!
It deals a little damage but it is usefull since it is a gap closer. Don't forget that when you put a point in Riposte, the damage of Lunge increases.
Even if this is a topic that is talked alot, maxing your Burst of Speed is much better. You may still think that Lunge is still a better idea but I can't do much but only telling you why is Lunge so bad to max first.
Again, Lunge is a gap-closer, and nearly on no champion the gap-closer is maxed first, maybe on AP Master Yi but in the rest no one.
