Nobody rendered your concerns invalid, I honestly don't know what I could've done to make inhouses a better experience for you in general because I really ****ing tried. Then I see a paragraph of you saying I play snowball champs on purpose to stomp people, who wouldn't get infuriated at that? But, I'm done talking about this stupid issue, I just want inhouses changed back to Saturday, that's all I want.

I admit that was a bit over the line. If I recall correctly, I was kind of lumping you in with PureLulz, who I was actually having a majority of issues with. And I am sorry about that. But ultimately, I came to the conclusion that these games can never be balanced in their very nature, and I simply do not have fun in them, and that's not really anyone's fault.

March 7's inhouse was great, sure the balance of the teams can seem a bit off at times but it will tend to happen with half low elo and half high elo players participating. I like the captain system since it gives the vibe of a pre-match mini-game. As far as the atmosphere, it seemed to me everyone got along and had an overall good time. Some people did get mad but it was only because at times they did get outplayed.

We're here to simply have fun and challenge ourselves by competing with friends and rivals alike. ****... Even I (the shunned member of Mobafire) got in a few matches and made a few new friends that day.

Maybe it would be a good idea for the NA refs to find a chance to join one of the EUW inhouses. I for one don't recognize most of the trouble you (plural) seem to be having, maybe it'll give some new insights, maybe not.

I think it's a personality thing. Even DisturbedFox who, for me, is one of the most aggressive in terms of word choice for teasing other people, doesn't get people actually upset over things. There may be some salt now and then but I can't remember people actually going bat**** over anything.

However, we all sort of know each other, so I guess even those who don't really get along can still tolerate each other? It's really hard to use EUW as an example unless we got new people now and then, which we don't. As I've said a few months back, EUW isn't successful in the sense that it pretty much stagnated in terms of players, we have ~15 to 20 people who show up each month at least once and most random people are just friends of one of the players and they're there to fill a gap.

I actually did that awhile back. ^.^
I'm well aware of the atmosphere of the EUW inhouses, you guys definitely take the inhouses with a more serious approach than NA inhouses. There are three types of people in the NA inhouses, the try-hards, the people playing to learn, and the people who just want to play for fun. When these people come into the inhouses expecting the games to go their way and it not going in their favor they start to get mad and blame anything and everyone else , ultimately putting the blame on the referees. EUW has a more stable inhouse because like Falseo said, the members are usually veteran players. Another thing is the communication, when people start losing the game they start going mute. Even yesterday it still happened, I was overseeing a game and I noticed the vent rooms not talking to each other at all. I don't think it's fixable until we get a stagnant group of members who don't get butthurt over every little thing and learn to communicate to try and win a game instead of accepting defeat so easily.

These things happen over on EUW too. I don't know which EUW Inhouses you all play, but the EUW Inhouses I participate in are super unenjoyable most of the time.
