Gragas does way too much damage with a full tank build, and he gets early pressure on top of it.
Reksai isnt too great with cinderhulk and is overall really hard to master/easy to outplay due to static E dash range and lack of sight. Still probably a bit low, I'll be reassessing soon
AD varus mid is garb, lucian can output damage safer than graves can, graves has better burst. The two are about as close as can be anyway. thought i put in ad ez and ap kog but i guess not, added them in

I know naut has been used in competitive a lot as a supp, But tier 1? Lol, no.
As a jungler however I've seen him wreck faces. I think he's 10 times better as a jungler than support >.>
Also false idk if it was edited in the meanwhile but I only see 1 lulu in each category (4th tier 1 in top, 1st tier 2 in mid and 3rd tier 2 in supp)

Kog'Maw being so weak early and having little synergy with a lot of supports that AD carries usually do ( Zyra) for example. He also takes (in my opinion so sorry if I am biased) wayyy too long to scale into the game and get his main powerspike where he can wreck people. His auto attack range is incredibly short when he hasn't got his steriod and he is very immobile. With the rise of tanks and then that resulting in the rise of hypercarries being played more assassins are being played which Kog'Maw is weak against.Edit: I'm basically saying "Why is he Tier 1? He's weak IMO".

Sometimes, I actually think H4x is just making this tier list up so he can trick people into playing **** he'd have an easy time with.
