It's an early game item but there are more important items to get first for any support (e.g. Mikaels). Janna can still run spellthief if you're playing an aggressive lane (yes - janna can be played aggressively).[/quote]

You don't necessarily need two of them, but having one is pretty much mandatory right now so if your jungler doesn't get it it's a great buy on Thresh/Ali.[/quote]

I think I'd start coin most of the time then unless I feel like I really need FotM because I find Talisman's active to be so useful, especially now that its cd got decreased and the utility masteries got buffed.[/quote]
