Junglers would farm up, have highest total gold and level by 10-15 minutes into the game and exit the jungle to wreck faces and take objectives. Even if the enemy jungler can get 3-5 kills for the team by that time, if you're 2 levels up on him with a lot of stacks on your jungle item and extra gold from banking the jungle, you'll be able to snowball that lead once midgame starts.[/quote]

I don't think Irelia is close to being in the top 10, top 15 probably. The metagame is really bad for trundle. He shined when his enemies were meatshields(shyvana and mundo etc) but now that's not the case and he lacks pressure in teamfights compared to the meta toplaners. Really low teleport pressure. Tier 2 worthy but not 10th place. Riven deserves tier 2 and Singed deserves to be high tier 3 or low tier 2. Kayle should be slightly lower in tier 2. Poppy is high tier 3 at best while Azir is even worse. Shyvana should be a little bit lower. /rant off. Sorry for the way i sound, just giving my opinions and trying to do so as quickly as possible.
