One wrong step and you can topple down them and cause serious, in some cases fatal, injuries to oneself. Having a little more lighting on the poorly placed/lit stairs can save ones life for such a tragic fate. I tip my hat off to them for looking out for you, they probably saved you a neck brace or a trip to a dirt nap.[/quote]
