I don't really understand why people wouldn't like this. I mean, it's free **** that you would normally have to pay money for, just because you're playing the game. Unless the drop rates for both of them are close to 0% a game or something. Even then, Riot's a company that needs to make money. :P

I don't think a ranged champion with 750 range that dishes out brutal damage should be able to reduce by 20% the damage she's receiving from her target and turn 20% of the damage she takes into over time damage that she can heal with lifesteal.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg for me.
