Zac jungle top tier 2?Opinion on Hunter's Talisman vs Machete now that it got slight buffs? Isn't Talisman still worse item or 90% of the junglers because of worse sustain?

The point was not that he had low damage but low damage in comparison to others who complete his role better than he does. His ultimate is also extremely unreliable because of the need to get in melee range
not exactly sure how galio is higher than vel, karma, or even taric in support

EDIT: How come Shen is so high in the support list? Is it just a matter of Shadow Dash and Stand United or am I missing something? I thought he needed quite a bit of tanky items (money) to be effective.

I thought he needed quite a bit of tanky items (money) to be effective.I'm not h4x but I'd assume it's a mix of the masteries (Bond of Stone OP) and supports getting higher gold income (less ward buying, more efficient gold items, increased ambient gold gain). This allows Shen to get items easier, and he actually kind of scales unlike most supports.
Shen provides a lot more sustain than you'd think with Vorpal Blade too, and it doesn't cost anything to use.

I would move Draven and Sivir ahead of Ezreal, he's felt absolutely awful when I've tried him. At 40% CDR he consumes too much mana to sustain with just Essence Reaver; but Manamune, Essence Reaver and Trinity Force is a really super expensive core build compared to the Essence Reaver + Statikk Shiv of all the other caster ADC's. Even Corki is fine with just Essence Reaver and Trinity Force, but I keep going OOM within seconds on Ezreal.

Galio's actually a very passable support, I'll put him in.
Thunderlords is almost always better than deathfire. It gets you snowballing, which is huge in this meta.
