Hey there, it looks like unfortunately the rune verification will be down for a couple of patches :( We will be sure to keep you guys updated when there is a solution!
We’re aware that this has implications with regard to rune page verification as a method to verify summoners. We have a solution we’re working toward to restore verification functionality. We expect to deploy the solution at least two patch cycles after runes are updated. When this solution is finalized, we’ll have a separate announcement with additional details.

Hey @ Sol.T.Ai, you can update your summoner level but editing your profile and using the Summoner Level dropdown. Unfortunately, the automated summoner verification system is disabled currently due to Riot API changes in the preseason.
