Hey guys, welcome to the second week of our Guides of the Week series. I've got another set of great guides to show off. :)
The level of detail in this guide is insane. Euphoric Toaster includes dozens of matchups, multiple rune page options and a thorough examination of typical Heimerdinger items, but it doesn't stop there. The amount of information on just H-28G Evolution Turret alone is like a full guide in itself. Every nuance of every ability is covered, along with a peppering of screenshots and gifs demonstrating different facets of Heimerdinger's kit.
A lot of authors claim to have in-depth guides, but this one really lives up to its title. It's obvious that this was written by an experienced Heimerdinger main who really poured every scrap of knowledge they could into their guide. I really respect how much time it must have taken to compile all this info as well as add formatting and visuals to keep readers engaged. Other guide authors ought to take notes on the level of depth that's possible to achieve in a champion guide.
sh00zyz's Bard guide starts off simple, with a solid explanation of build elements and abilities, but it really opens up once you get to the ability tips and gameplay sections. Where many authors stop writing, sh00zyz is just getting started with detailed situational tips and screenshots to help Bard players dominate the game right from level 1.
Whether you're looking for help with Magical Journey locations, trying to land that perfect level 1 double-stun, or you're confused about where to place your wards, sh00zyz has you covered. Since Bard is a strong roaming support, there's also a dedicated chapter to help you figure out when and where to roam without endangering your lane partner. This guide covers everything an aspiring Bard player needs to know to up their game and climb through the ranks.
Miss Fortune is a great ADC to start with for anyone looking to learn the role. Thankfully, all those new players can rely on Jovy's MF guide for accurate and detailed build information and gameplay info. Miss Fortune's runes and item builds can change quite a lot over different patches, so it's great to have an author that reliably keeps up with meta shifts and updates her guide to keep on top of the latest builds.
You can expect to learn tricks specific to Miss Fortune, like how to land the perfect Q bounce, as well as general important ADC knowledge like wave manipulation, kiting and even objective control. Both kinds of information are important for becoming a great Miss Fortune player. Definitely check out the Supports chapter as well, for a quick overview of just about every support champion you're likely to lane with. Winning bottom lane is a 2-person task, so it's always beneficial to have your support's win conditions in mind, no matter what champion you're playing.
If you liked any of these guides, be sure to give the authors a vote and comment with your thoughts! See you again next week. :)
