general description: the higher the move speed the higher the damage he/she/it does
justification: its boring if everyone in the game just builds AD/AS/AP and that's it it would be fun to have someone that can do damage building move speed

Name: Anti-Assassin
General Description: Low damage output, but strong against stealthed opponents. Maybe have anti-jungle capacities as well.
Justification: A well-played stealth champ can get a very nice killing spree while remaining invisible for most of the game. It costs a ton to buy wards and oracles (potentially screwing up a good build), so add another something to counter stealth.
Explanation: Have a skill dedicated to tracking an enemy, so teamfights in the jungles occur more often. Initiate in the Jungle, and have specialized skills for jungle combat.

When I read this I thought of Spy from TF2, switching from team to team :P

About the pets... I really think we shouldn't change what LoL has never done. Which is to make you be able to control multiple units. LoL doesn't even have a functionality where you can detarget your hero and move a different unit unliked DotA or HoN. I would just like to point out with our ideas adding something COMPLETELY NEW to the game that would involve changing gaming code seems out of the question to me.
If you want pets you will have to find some way to control them without detargeting your "actual" champion. Which in that case seems like they would just be like more spells so I don't see how you could handle that. Yeah I love pets and all but... it just seems like too much and there's NO way Riot would actually put in that much effort / completely change the game for one hero like that.

So with my last post, I wanted to think of a way to ACTUALLY control multiple units without detargeting (in a way).
Name: Summoner
General Description: Each Q W E (maybe R?) summons a unique "pet" that is permanently tethered to the summoner and has unique abilities.
Justification: People freaking love summons and pets and want them. It would add flavor that is currently non-existent in the game.
Explanation: When you put skill into the QWER a pet appears and is tethered to your champion and stays a certain distance from your champion. Leveling up your QWER increases the effectiveness of the pet. The pet has its own health (and maybe mana?), and can only do 1 ability. You activate the pet's abilities with QWER (don't have to detarget champion to target pet). If the pet is cc'd the summoner could not use the spell attached to that pet (the cc would probably last longer on pets for balance reasons). If the pet is killed the summoner loses health and has to resummon it using QWER.

I dunno, I personally think that adding more units for one character wouldn't be too hard. Just bind each one to the respective button, Q, W, E. Double tap Q to center camera on Q monster. Pressing a different button for a summon would summon the next one. Only one out at a time? 1-2-3 second between each summon?







Also, TehGus, I think the meta has never truly left CC, just the means by it has changed. It used to run by AoE champions, then Tanks, now Tanky DPS. But, that is for another thread.
Summons also would be funny. "I am summoning a summoner who summons summons all day on Summoner's Rift." Say that 5 times fast... 0-0 But, it also could be harder to implement the summoner with multiple pets going around. Eh, who knows.
