Perfectly written, everything described very nicely, thank you for this :)
I read few guide...and created mix of runes, items and surprisingly it works very well :)
Glacial Augment Magical Footwear Biscuit Delivery Approach Velocity + Ghost Poro Ultimate Hunter
with bonus: CD + 9 adaptive + HP
while buying
Spectral Sickle -> Chalice of Harmony -> Mobility Boots or Mercury's Treads -> Umbral Glaive -> Athene's Unholy Grail -> Redemption -> Runaan's Hurricane
I don't build Ardent Censer not that it's bad, but you can hit every teammate in fight only with ulti or impossible positioning with Q + it offers less mana regen than Redemption and Senna is mana hungry for sure without Presence of Mind
Glacial Augment has very good synergy with Approach Velocity to increase your movement speed towards enemy champion right after you shoot them so You can land root (he's slowed, you're fasted), add second auto attack to stack passive, balancing Magical Footwear since boots are not available since beggining.
Umbral Glaive is amazing on its own, since it denies enemy vision.
In combination with Zombie Ward gets some more utility, but I prefer Ghost Poro to empower trinket at start, then Black Mist Scythe.
You can stack Ghost Poro faster then Zombie Ward since start of the game, I put ward in the river to def our blue and ward holds there for 2:30 or until Poro sees enemy jungler.
Runaan's Hurricane is great last item which empowers more Glacial Augment to slow 3 targets per shot and also reduces cooldown of Piercing Darkness with 1 second per projectile so you can reduce cooldown of Q by 3 seconds every shot while in teamfight to heal more often.
And all 3 shots always crit after you get enough stacks of Absolution
Infinity Edge or Edge of Night on the other hand grants more AD so your attack hits harder.
But if You can stack Absolution properly, You can add more AD into Runaan's Hurricane build.
40% cooldown reduction is guaranteed with bonus rune + Umbral Glaive + Athene's Unholy Grail + Redemption mid-late game since bonus rune is stacking slowly, but it's there.
If you find it interesting, give it a try and let me know how this worked for you, but I'm deeply satisfied with everything this build can offer :)
I don't think I've been using the Domination Tree much, either, since I prefer Sorcery to the other trees most of the time. I could see Ghost Poro working very well, but I followed the Cheap Shot (true damage from CC, I don't think it's a good deal since the damage is relatively small and you don't really need it) or Taste of Blood trend (for sustain? But Senna's sustain is strong with her Q spamming for the most part, so it wouldn't be that great either).
I'll try to get back to you and possibly update the guide according to what I see fit, thank you again for your feedback!
I'm just curious about rune setting, it says in the runes to take Aproach Velocity and in the Rune Section it's showing Cosmic Insight. Which one should I take? Also....I prefer doing Athene's Unholy Grail as first Item, then Boots and then Youmuu's instead of Umbral Glaive, as an atempt to build Hybrid. Any tips on that build? Again, thanks for the awesome guide!
I find denying vision very important, so Umbral Glaive is pretty much my go-to, whether I’m behind or ahead. Additionally, it’s 500 gold cheaper than Youmuu’s Ghostblade. If you’re picking up a lot of kills early, you could buy Youmuu’s Ghostblade. It’s not a bad item, but vision control in my games really helps so I tend to prioritize that. I think Athene’s is really good early on, but I prefer to take it second after getting a lethality item since having a bit of damage helps significantly with her kit (AP scaling is pretty low on Senna so having some damage is a must). Since I get boots from takedowns from Magical Footwear, boots become relatively cheap. I go for Ionian Boots of Lucidity to finish the 40% cooldown reduction cap as early as possible or Boots of Mobility if I'm extremely ahead and plan to roam (sell them later for Ionian Boots of Lucidity once mid-late game hits).
There really isn’t much to the hybrid build honestly, because everything is situational as well. My typical hybrid builds include Glaive into Athene’s, then another lethality item (Edge of Night, Youmuu’s, Duskblade) and finishing off with Ardent Censer if my team can use the attack speed/Redemption/Mikael’s Crucible if the enemy team has a lot of CC/Mortal Reminder if the enemy team has a lot of healing.
Also thank you for the tips on hybrid build, I'll keep that in mind.

So when they say that "Senna doesn't have a need for the health gained," it's not that health is bad, it's just that other stats such as Attack Damage or Cooldown Reduction serves Senna better.
