I wasn't playing very well. (Cut me some slack, I had been awake for 35+ hours after studying for a final)
The point is, Clairvoyance made us win anyway. :P
I'm currently fiddling with a team set up for a guide. Will take over a year to compile all the information though. >_>
Two allies with Clairvoyance, so TF doesn't need to handle it, and Ashe with her Hawkshot.
Fog of War? WHAT fog of war? :D
Will resemble the European EU team a lot, but obviously different.

TF with teleport and CV is OP. He already has a built in positioning tool, his ult. Perfect positioning every time if you know how. So much better than ghost or flash.

I always thought Flash was close to essential on him since Flash+Gold Card is just so naturally good. You can't rely on Destiny for everything, especially against CC or teams that can kill you very quickly.

I've had pretty bad experiences with Flash on him. Since he has no sustainability unlike AD TF (assuming you have life steal), he is crushed easily. AP TF is an amazing split pusher, so having CV (multiple even) would be amazing being able to forsee an incoming enemy team, then teleport to an opposite lane, and continue the process, it takes roughly 15-20 seconds to get from one side to the other by foot without ghost or teleport from what I've seen.

Teemo(Pusher)+TF(Burster)+Ashe+Janna(Support)+Amumu or Chogath(Tank/Jungler) Is an OP team.
Teemo Pushes and shrooms, not being able to die because of W+Shrooms every where. TF Bursts anyone down as ap, yes he might not be the best AP Burster, but with his ult, this team has no fog of war. Ashe+Janna in bottom lane, keep track on blue buff and dragon, with janna babysitting ashe. And Amumu or Chogath initiating and ganking till they have bleeding eyes.
With this premade team, you cant' lose . . .

It's beastly for duo-queue'ing and premades.
It makes Fog of War virtually useless.
Whenever I solo-queue with my TF Clair+Tele combo and there's another using Clairvoyance that communicates well, I say GG right there.
That's because even if I feed, we literally cripple junglers, and no one on their team can gank or move around without being detected.

(Yes, I fed 21 times. We still won)
My 3 games last night with a premade Zilean using Clair and a Maokai for our tank. :)
First game - Met for the first time - My score: 3/8/6
... That poor Trundle on the first game couldn't do a thing. Poor little guy got chased away from golem, then had to leave the 2 minions when our 2nd round of Clair came. :P
Second game - 7/2/12
Third game - 5/3/17
Fourth game - 0/6/11
