So basically the same runes :P
I count 6 items in the build, however I didn't finish the brutalizer. Maybe I will build a manamune then sell the brut later or something idk... Feels like hybrid ez has 7 core items and that kinda sucks :(

Yeah the buffs actually didn't do a bunch... With gunblade mystic shot did 21 more damage off of AP and I forget the ult (probably much better). He still seems like an AD carry primarily.

You don't want a stronger W,E,R. Don't get deathcap, you'd rather have more damage on Q.

It's not like Q will be significantly stronger if you go for 3rd gunblade rather than a deathcap. The bigger difference will actually be the lifesteal and spellvamp.
With 3rd gunblade you get approx: 75 damage on Q, 52.5 damage on W, 56.25 damage on E, 127.5 damage on R, 60% lifesteal, 75% spellvamp
With deathcap you get approx: 50 damage on Q, 175 damage on W, 187.5 damage on E, 225 damage on R, 40% lifesteal, and 50% spellvamp
Hmmm, now that I've actually calculated out the numbers, a 3rd gunblade actually looks better than a deathcap.
