Stop acting like I'm crying because I'm stuck at a ****ty Elo rating. I'm speaking about Elo on a theoretical level. If you can't come up with anything better than "low Elo means you suck, period." then just move along to another discussion. I have yet to see any argument that refutes my point that "Elo is a rating for one person in a team game". Give me one good reason that it's okay and I'll listen to you. Just stop with your blind flaming though.
also, I am not scared, I just want to start on a clean slate when S2 starts, and also I don't like the Elo system.

Why don't I play ranked games?
Since I don't want to have to worry about these factors, I play games to have fun in my spare time, games are not my life. I want to have fun with the free time I have, so I play normals. I may very well be better than a lot of you ranked players, so don't think that just coz you play more ranked and are lucky that you are better than someone who doesn't play ranked.

Of course, some people are going to get to XXX elo because they got carried, but it is a logical placement of skill. Good players at XXX elo, Players that need work at XXX elo. Does it make sense? Yeah. If I were angry at the elo system, I'd be mad because it placed me at a low elo. Elo system is truth. It's not lieing, it's not out to **** you over, it's just the cold hard truth. If you dislike it because you're low elo, it's the truth. You need work. Come back and improve as a player. THAT'S IT.
If you don't play ranked, oh well. Oh so well. Do I care? No. Do you QQ about your low elo, yes. Do you play/strive and attempt to improve it? No. You roll over and quit after that? 4-5games? Let's say S2 rolls around and you get 'screwed' over again. Do you give up like S1 and wait for S3? Do you pull the same excuse card again? Tell me Wrath.

There's also this factor: It is the same for all people. It's not like one guy has a better chance at grouping up with better people in the same ELO. It's not an unfair ranking system in my opinion. I might be a better player than my ELO shows at the moment, but I was not good enough when I started playing ranked and therefore I have lost many games, simply for the same reason as Xai: I wasn't good enough for ranked, when I started. I've had a better ELO than I do now, since I got to a about 1300 when playing Malphite, but then my brother lost like 5 games with Morgana and Nasus, which dropped me, and then I've been hopping up and down from about 1170-1240.
Like Wrath I also play for fun, so it doesn't bother me that much, which is probably the meain reason why I don't QQ that much about noobs and leavers anymore.

You're right Dotter. There will always be 'bad players' that will drag you down. However, welcome to ranked games. Ranked games aren't always a nice and happy incline. You will always have bumps and roads in games. You will have one day where you will win 50 elo. The next day, you'll lose 50 elo. That is how Solo Queue works. In fact, ranked games in general.
I dislike people who make excuses. Who just give up after playing 5 games. Work and show us that you deserve it.

I am not QQing for the last time, you obviously care because you always regard me as bad because I played a few ranked games when I started off lvl 30 and did badly JUST AS YOU. I told you 10000 times, I tried ranked when I was just lvl 30, did bad, didn't have fun, and screwed my ELO and didn't have fun, so I went back to normals. =my low Elo. I didn't just quit because I don't want to improve or w/e nonsense you are making up, this is a game and I wanted to have fun and I wasn't having fun losing every game to more experienced players WHEN I FIRST TURNED LEVEL 30. I can still improve in normals, as I have.
Something that drastic won't happen again in S2, I won't play much ranked ANYWAYS so it doesn't matter.

Sounds harsh, but it's reality.
Elo is truth. Some people take it differently, but it's truth. It makes this game a little bit more enjoyable. If not, you might as well put 2k elo players against 200 elo players. Guess who has fun?
