So yeah. So far I'm concerned about 9/0/21 AP TF...

What about 9/21/0 taking Ardor?
What AP TF lacks is that little boost to 1.0 Atk. Speed for his Stacked Deck.
Then oh well, at level 15 I had about 1,020 Atk Speed, enough to make some more pushing impact.
And since Lichbane + Void Staff + AP Quints was already over 350-400 damage to towers with Pick A Card + Lichbane AP increasement (yeah, better than any AD Carry o.o, I'm damnly surprised).

Plus, it's always nice HP boost so need to take HP Quints since it's +150 HP (considering you are taking Doran's Ring; I take HP per level Seals as well) you aren't that squishy with your range-burst.

Also, I liked his Combo of Destiny+Teleport even more now, why? You just Teleport to the pushed tower (consider you have Lichbane at the very least), take it out in 7-8 seconds thanks to usage of Wild Cards and/or Pick A Card without any enemies to mark on.

Well, guess it's kind of my comeback to AP TF, Hybrid is not doing well as I heard, that's a shame, PaC nerf killed this way of playing, AD one is quite powerful from what I've seen.

I have never really seen Stacked Deck as useful in terms of AP TF. I mean that extra damage is always a plus, but the AP ratio makes it like what maybe 100 above what the maxed base damage is?

It's my standard level2 ability rank up for last-hitting.
I max it in tandem with Pick A Card in order to get the cooldown reduction. 6~12% mid-game is very nice.

Max damage is 155. 0.4 AP Ratio.
Personally, I think this could use a buff. Twisted Fate is the only champion whose build demands Lich Bane, mostly because he relies on it rather then being able to build true AP.

I have tried AP TF, and I think Pick A Card and Stacked Deck could both use a buff. The mana blue card gives back is terrible AP wise. You compare the ratio of pick a card AP to AD wise, and I will tell you. It makes alot of difference. Though why did they not make it 1:1 with AP as well? I mean it just seems kinda odd. Unless they thought wild card speed buff was enough.

The Blue Card problems are due to the damage-changes to make it do pure magic damage.
It used to cover it's own cost by flat bonus damage, and any AP you had extra would end up providing back bonus mana.

The nerf to 50% (now 65%) really hit TF's mana-returns hard.

Though, it seems he's doing well in high ELO, so having a mana-restriction can be considered good balancing.
Makes me wonder more and more about what they plan to do for TF buffs when Gate is nerfed.

Well I had my fair share of twisted fate in the days. Personally I feel like the utility tree is too important for an AP TF, he NEEDS the utility...

Tbh I was never really good with AP TF, hes really hard to play imo.

The cd on summoners spells is too good IMO. If you are dying a lot with TF (presuming this because you want more survivability) you probably have bad positioning. If you get dived in a team fight what's going to save you is being able to flash out, not being in the defense tree.

Plus all those nifty masteries jun said. :P

I also tend to take CV on him since I play ranked and no one else usually takes it, and I NEED that point in the mastery tree to make it worthwhile.
