Hmm So if you die with the Yorick ulti on you and you get rezzed like a zilean ult, how would you look? Like a ghost version of yourself? A rapidly decomposing zombie version? Or just regular character with some special animation showing as a debuff as you rapidly lose hp? And if Yorick resurrection counts as a debuff or something, would a QSS clear that up so you don't die?
This mechanics preview raises so many more questions than it answers. Now I'm so deathly curious about this. Can't wait for season 1 to end and for Yorick to come out.

Except you ult an ally, not an enemy...the ghost is of whoever "died"
also Vis, Yorick is on a 3 week, S2 doesn't start till around Aug-Sept, but the offseason starts after Dreamhack; Yorick is coming out next week...

Yorick will not be able to control the Necro'd person.
It's like Zileans ultimate, except you lose health over time until your die.
Until then, you're in an undead mode which will probably make spells like Chrono Shift ineffective.
Heals, and Shields may still work, but I'm guessing the health-loss will increase additively until you die, meaning even the Spawn pool won't keep you alive.

I think it'll be kind of like, alive for 30 seconds, and x % of max hp lost per sec.

Wouldn't you rather get Zilean ulted as a carry and have a whole 'nother life with no death vs being up but losing HP over time and still getting a death nonetheless... O_O

In theory, Karthus goes into his passive first, and then gets necro'd. Which would be outrageously OP.
Or, Karthus is necro'd first, and goes into his Death Defiled form after his life drains out.
Depending on how quickly the health drains, this could either be really stupid or really OP.
Inb4 Yorick + Karthus duo-queue breaks the game.
