He's pretty much not viable (or barely, at best) as is.
Terrible ganks
Bad survivability
Bad sustained jungling
GP doesn't really have room in his build for a Wriggle's
No tools for jungle invasion, and no way to get out if he gets caught with his pants on the ground
If you're still interested I think Stonewall has a route up, but then, he also has a route for Malz :D

Maybe they're adding a really powerful on-hit item to synergize with Gangplank and other on-hit spell champs, that won't be CC (because let's face it, any non-slow CC on parrrley is OP) and will be kind of like a Trinity Force proc?
I doubt it, but that would be pretty cool.
They did specify that Parrrlay itself got "better" than a slow.
We don't know until the rework really, maybe Parrrlay doesn't crit any more but stuns or something, we can't say "X is OP" before knowing all of the changes :)

If GP has hard CC, he will be broken. He has a healing QSS. What's better than that? Nothing.
What's to say they won't change that?
I'd imagine that will give him some sort of armor/life steal steroid for his jungling rework, he needs some sort of sustainability!
