My guess is, dealing a killing blow with Parrley will be more rewarding. M
Maybe it'll reduce the cooldown, so GP can snowball harder.

They're making it so that he doesn't need red to gank and Q doesn't slow. Really, what other thing than stun or bind can they add? We can safely assume it's not suppression at least.
