I feel like the Triuphant Roar's ratios shouldn't have been nerfed. I mean his heal is pityful at best, and with other heals (like Nid's) that can ceal for 800+ late game, this is just ******ed. I'd hate to see Nid's heal getting nerfed, so give the cow some love :P

1. Bad AP Alistars are everywhere and I love watching them die a lot....Unless on my team.
2. His heal was never all that useful. As well consider the uptime it will have, less heal=friendly minions die faster=Using it more often...If that makes sense.

Alistar is fun, sucks these nerfs make CDR/AP Ali dead.....there's tank ali but everyone loves Flash+Pulverize+Headbutting an enemy squishie into the next world...I will miss that.

I've always just played him support or tank, never AP. He's not an AP carry.

He can be...Watched a Scrim or match between RN and CLG I think.CLG's Alistar would just Ulti+Headbutt+Pulverize+Heal=The opposing teams carries being close to dead after that. The opposing team's Karthus died to ali every engagement. Then Hotshot apparently had a mouse malfunction which cost them the game.

Personally, I think his roar would weaken the damage outputs of nearby enemies too.
A Roar is suppose to be intimidating as well as inspiring. Maybe 5/6/7/8/9% damage output reduced for 3 seconds would be good.
And they should make the Roar cooldown effect lower by allied champion health lost, not allied units dying. If minions aren't around the cooldown drop becomes pointless.
Ex: Every time an allied champion loses 10% health, Roar's cooldown goes down 2 second.
