Tank Jarvan is great for those scenarios to balance out the team.
Get yourself a Heart of Gold, Force of Nature, Sunfire Cape, Frozen Mallet, Randuin's Omen, Atma's Impaler... Tons of physical damage, and still tanky. :)

Most people on this website will say they fill in the roles because its true, its the people who play the game don't do any research don't watch mid / high elo, that will just pick what they please instead of what the teams need.
Honestly in the 1200 range ( where I'm stuck ) i'm seeing a lot of people playing AD all of a sudden.
