Quicksilver Sash needs to be at LEAST tier 2. Just because it's underused, doesn't mean it should be underused. Item is so OP. Shuts down quite a handful of high tier champions.

Also, Sheen should actually be placed in a tier. Tier 2, I think. It doesn't work on everyone, but on a large handful of champions it can change the tide in a lane once one gets it. Plus, a lot of champions don't upgrade it forever because it offers enough of a bonus on its own to be viable. I believe it should be placed somewhere.

Tiamat and SotD up :)

Tiamat is great, and for some weird reason, my friend keep ksing baron 0.o. Its an overall great farm item (500 minion killz? omg haxx lol) as well as synergizing well in close fights, especially where there involves a lot of melee champions. I don't see how it should be that underused/weak. For most AD ranged, they might need a bit of sustainability from pokes and need to farm. Combine this two and Tiamat forms :) The only drawback is your 2nd and 3rd item would be slower, but then, your other items should come in much faster.

SotD is a great item. 4th hit doing magic damage as well as a nice active which can down towers. Also, a great attack speed boost won't be amiss. So long as you remember to use it, it will be really important as an item.

Hope whatever I say helps! :D

PS : Not all my criticism is good. Most of the time, I just talk like that anyway. So forgive me if you get offended, unless you just can't look from my angle, or at least close enough.

SotD is on the list for a rework by riot. I believe Tiamat is being looked at as well, as well as several other items (Morello's for instance).

Tiamat is generally pretty bad. As a full item, it gives just a little less AD than a B. F. Sword, which costs substantially less. The splash is not very useful in team fights because it completely destroys your mid-game momentum, and the farming is minimally helpful because you would most likely get every CS if you had a B. F. Sword in the first place. HP regen is bad for sustain on a carry. You want lifesteal. The mana regen is GENERALLY wasted on most carries, and on those where you'd really want mana regen, other items or runes would be much better.

As for SotD, it's a lackluster attack speed item compared to Bloodrazor, Phantom Dancer, and Wit's End. In general, you'd only want SotD on a very select few champions. Consider that SotD gives 100 damage every 4 hits. While that sounds good, realize that that's an average of 25 damage per hit, which is outdone by even the base AD on Bloodrazor, not even counting the proc. It offers nothing else but an 8 second active armor pen, which is inferior to other armor penetration sources - Ghostblade for melee AD, Cleaver/Last Whisper for ranged. In general it's an extremely situational item that you'd only run on some variants of Twisted Fate or Xin Zhao, and even that's iffy.

You think Wit's end is mid tier 2 quality? Just the stats are underwhelming, even with the passive.

In several games when my friend plays as AD ranged with Tiamat, he has enough farm to sell Tiamat and get a brand new item, and switch back if he wanted to. It does work if you can get your opponent team to stick together, in which case, there were several taunters in our team and melee dps in theirs. It synergises well if your opponents get stucked in an enclosed areas, in which some champions can easily compliment.

SotD works on towers, is cheaper, and better when you go on hit effects/attack speed builds than some other armor pen items and attack speed items. Generally, it shouldn't be ruled out as a good item for some champs

Is flawed logic, since it pushes the lane and makes it harder for ranged carries to last hit, if anything.

The 42 magic damage on hit is pretty damn good on tanky DPS champions. Definitely T2 material imo.

I'm unsure as to why Bloodthirster is a tier 2 item, maybe because it's rarely used in the US metagame, but it's definitely tier one imo, however low, it is tier 1.

I'd also rate Rabadon's higher than IE, since some AD champions don't get an IE, getting a BT and some other stuff, but a Rabadon's is pretty much required on any mage.

Haha, **** NO.
The whole stacking ordeal is a DUMB mechanic and should be removed. If they changed the item is may belong there, but currently, it's more like low T2.
