Actually, it should be the other way around :P
7AS marks, 2 ArP marks and 3 ArP quints.
While it doesn't make any difference in stats AS quints are just generally a bad buy because they're almost never needed/useful since you can achieve the same results with AS marks.
Yeah, I realized I got it mixed up. The point is you run a mix of AS and ArP marks/quints to get to 12 ArP and 14% AS.

Naah, I'd take 9ArP marks (or 2-3 AS marks) instead. AD marks just fall off so hard compared to AD quints. The quints are 37% stronger after all.
Any jungler who has a strong auto attack and can start with

No, this is wrong. AD quints make the jungle much faster and stronger for Xin Zhao and Trundle solely because of that autoattack reset. Trundle saves a good 200 health running that setup over the standard setup, iirc. It also allows Trundle to clear the entire wolf camp before starting blue, even without a leash on wolves.

But isn't the difference between 3AD marks and 3ArP marks rather minimal in that path?
AD marks fall off much harder than the AD quints in mid/lategame, that's why I prefer ArP.

I'll try it (I do own both after all), but I still doubt that changing 3 marks to AD from ArP will make a difference when you already have AD marks.
Also, mind linking to a build (masteries+starting items) with those runes?

Soo I tried it. (Trundle ofc, I don't care about Xin :P)
I really can't see any difference other than maybe 10 or 20 HP more and 1-3sec faster.
NOT worth it.
I also found out that his masteries (1/14/15) are pretty meh.. I'd take 1/8/21 over that any day on Trundle.

Erm, what? Yeah I do. >.>
I start E. 0/21/9 Masteries (or 1/21/8). If you use armor seals you still have less then hp then dodge seals + quints and you have a faster jungle time due to dodge seals + quints being better for E.
Dodge seals are core on Jax because of his E.
AD quints are way better than dodge for jungling..

Jax can use either armor or dodge. Dodge is better with quints.
