The most generic jungle page would be what you stated in post 1 I believe, however runes are very situational ESPECIALLY for junglers, considering that almost every jungler has different paths they can use, different ganking styles, and overall different gameplay.
My examples:
Udyr - AS reds/blues, Dodge yellows, MS quints.
*This allows me to buy boots, and start the game with 398 MS, huge ganking!!
WW - Armor pen reds, armor yellows, AS blues, and armor pen quints.
*I play a very passive WW, only ganking at level 6, and this build is to allow the maximum jungling without backing
Noc - Armor pen reds/AD reds, armor yellows, AS blues, AD quints.
*Noc is a very aggresive jungler, ganking constantly, and scales amazingly with AD early, while armor allows him to be a little less squishy while jungling/diving.

Armor negates more damage than dodge early on.
