WHY THERE NO FLAT ENERGY RUNE ICON OR FLAT ENERGY RUNE IN RUNE SELECTION! They are essential in my Lee Sin build!

Easy on the caps there fella'.

Energy runes are not in the database yet, merely because that would require an entire overhaul of the cheat sheet tool. It's not very prioritized at the moment, as far as I understand.
