Long Story Short:

Beta TF OP because - Gate global, Destiny slowed, Gold Card AoE Stun, Wild Card hit hard
Now - Gate not global, Destiny no slow, Gold Card not AoE, Wild Cards weaker

Conclusion - Gate can go back on E, rebuff Pick A Card and Wild Cards a little bit. Beta TF back, but balanced.

The point is the reduced range means you can't gank at 0:30 anymore...

I'd so like his E to become his Innate. E is such a luckluster skill, not good to make TF a AS Champion, not enough scaling to be fearsome with AP. They really could do something with him, he needs some love!

Tfs ult sucks....global cv....lol wonder where it gives your team an advantage if your team is wardinG properly....skills that are made less useful with proper play by your own teams part aren't all that amazing. Ultimates that are mimics of summoner spells are also ****...the only skill to fit that idea is destiny....either way, I'd like to see a buff of some sort. But I still have 70 other champs to play.

Thx Jun, I've fought this battle on LoL forums alone for a lot. I really don't get it, why can't we have old OB TF without slow on ult and reduced gate range? Also I want back my AoE stun and I want it being the highest damage wild card as it used to be. TF getting too easy this way? fine, put back old wild cards rotation system, so you'll actually need skill to draw the gold.

IMO, they need to add a different debuff to Destiny if they were to undo the rework.
Maybe give all enemy champions 30% chance to miss and a 1 second silence triggered by enemy damage. (That would be pretty dam strong, huh) (What I mean by the silence is, they aren't silenced until someone damages them, so that it triggers when necessary)


@Jeffy40hands:

1. Even when you're warding well, there will always be blind spots in the fog of war.

2. Clairvoyance was confirmed by Riot to be on the list for a rework

3. Why would high-elo teams use CV is they could ward? lol

4. Destiny doesn't mimic Clairvoyance, it's better. CV reveals a chosen place, Destiny locks on all enemy champions. Missing this distinction - Noobie mistake. :3


Conclusion: Your thoughts about Destiny are wrong. It's like destined or something, ironic. Just because you don't like the nature of a skill doesn't mean it's not strong. It means you don't appreciate it.
Not everything has to be "Click this for magnificent devastation to occur"


@For those that argue TF's reveal isn't useful and it was only his global tele:

WRONG.

It's Stacked Deck that holds Twisted Fate back. It's a weak skill that pins TF between being a subpar-nuke and a mediocre dps carry.

Loaded Dice can cover the ENTIRE cost of wards for a team, but is highly under-appreciated because of first-glance judgments by newbies. STRONG SKILL.

Wild Cards regularly gets rage directed at AP Twisted Fate. STRONG SKILL.

Pick A Card is eternally useful for it's last-hitting, pushing, and cc powers. STRONG SKILL.

Destiny's constant reveals allow you to manipulate to the enemy. Destiny isn't reduced by "proper play by your own teams", it's AMPLIFIED.
The only issue is people are easily distracted by more impactful skills, so naturally Gate overshadows Destiny even though many TF players have posted that they sometimes use Destiny purely for the reveal and don't even teleport. STRONG SKILL.

Stacked deck on the other hand...

155 damage + 40% AP every FOURTH hit. Inconsistent and automatic - A.K.A.: Unreliable.
15% attack speed, 15% cooldown reduction. Passive boosting, indecisive to what you build - A.K.A.: No synergy.

Stacked Deck was never suppose to exist. (Sorry SD, you're cute, but still very lame)
It was made because Beta TF was too strong, and they needed SOMETHING to fill the hole left by the mighty Gate that went and had a baby with Destiny.

Stacked deck could be moved to his passive and Destiny could get a global 1/2/3 team gold boost on kill. That would be more incentive to upgrade the ult, though by the third point laning phase would be long over.

@Jeffy, I suppose you think Wish is a **** ability? It's basically exactly like Heal.
I suppose Remove Scurvy and Unbreakable Will are bad abilities too, since they're close to Cleanse.

Psiguard is on the right track here, I think. Stacked Deck is not a good ability. It does fit the character theme(chance, duh), and think about it. Free 15% cdr is nothing to scoff at. Those are about the only good things about it, though.

In trying to make him either AP or AD, they only made him a weak version of both. Sort of like Teemo.

Hope they not gonna make it, to strong for a normal skill.

Its the same as with Noc ult, a good noc has, in the early game and if the enemy isnt 24/7 Towerhugging(in this case your lane builded up lane dominance tough and so they should outrange/outfarm em) his ult on cooldown 24/7 because as soon as its up he can make his WTFBBQ Ganks, TF can do the same in mid as soon as e is 6 cuz the range is still good.
Enemy overextends one millisecond? R, GJ kill
Junglers goin to gank a lil bit harder lane? R, GJ kill
a good TF uses his ult as often as he can.



The point is the reduced range means you can't gank at 0:30 anymore...

Great, make from the 0:30 a 0:45 or 1:00, such a big difference, not =_=, or take Teleport on TF and its still a 0:30.



If they gonna make it i hope he range is gonna be like: 500/1000/1500/2000/2500
