It's not just Topaz ^^ A few normal filters/editing, then the Crisp Topaz filter set to a low opacity. It just... makes the image come alive. Though I think the filters I used may have made the image too washed out.

Remember don't overuse it. I've done it on a few signatures, and i can say looking back (after much more experience) they look terrible. First time I used topaz i just overly did it.
