Wit's End, Bloodrazor, Rageblade all work. Wit's End is core on Phoenix Udyr as far as I know, right now.

What are you talking about with nimbleness? I'm using that ofc..

This is motivating me to play Udyr again. I still have a skin for him. ;o
So...
Runes:
AS Reds
Dodge / Armor Yellows
Mr / Mr Per Lv Blues
MS Quints

Right?

Skilling:
RWRE then rest self explanatory?

Can you all explain the stance timing again? I'm confuzzled. :S

Always use dodge seals. They're core. (but armor works if you don't own them)
I personally prefer MR/lvl glyphs over flat MR.

Yea, that's the right skilling.

If you know you won't run out of mana then you can start with Turtle stance then switch to Phoenix to save you some HP.
As for early jungling you should start with Phoenix stance, attack 3 times and then switch to turtle and attack 3-5 times depending on how mana conservative you wanna be. If you wanna have max uptime on your passive then you should wait until it almost runs out to switch to Phoenix.

I can control it pretty good most of the time, but when September ends, I just cant hold it in anymore. Whenever Im outside I see my brothers and sisters being chopped into soup, coffee, donuts, cake, drinks, bread - ppl even cut human faces into their skin, making a mockery out of their noble appearance. When I see things like that I cant control my pumpkin urges anymore. My natural instincts kick in. I then sit down motionless, while getting bright orange." - Morgana L

Can't wait for dodge to be removed from this game, such a relatively innocent stat early and then...Well it wrecks. Just annoying, not that it is useless, it's great...But at the same time...There are built in Dodge abilities (Sivir/Udyr/Jax) and one item to boost them AKA Ninja Tabi....Getting rid of it will streamline the game a bit IMO.

I've been considering some alternative builds for Udyr. Triforce is core, this re-invisioned Innervating Locket (I have yet to see what it will do or stats) will most likely end up there too. I prefer OT DPS Udyr to Tank DPS Udyr. Their differences being OT Udyr has Mercs/Atmas/QSS as defensive items with Triforce/Hextech Gunblade/~other offensive item.
Tank DPS Udyr has Triforce/Mercs/Randuins/Atmogs/~other....

But these are Tiger Stance builds not Phoenix...I assume Phoenix is more about on hit affects/Attack speed? Someone might need to explain it to me XD

Wit's end is pretty much all you need for damage for Phoenix.

And maybe a hexecth late.

I pretty much agree.

Wit's end, and then full tank for most of the game on my Phoenix.

Last item might be a bloodrazor depending on the match.

Yeah, people pretty much nailed it with the Wit's End bit. I'd say rush that as your first offensive item. In most games that go long enough for it, You might want Madred's Bloodrazor as a 6th item, but in general, that'll be basically all of the damage output you'll need. Between your stuns, your phoenix AoE, and the 3rd hit cone burst, your damage really only needs attack speed to buff it. I sometimes build a Sunfire Aegis as it stacks nicely with the phoenix active AoE, but that's usually the farthest I build into damage items. The rest is usually full tank.

For phoenix Udyr I'd suggest Malady. As far as I can tell, everything that item has got works toward making phoenix stance better...
AtkSpd for more procs, AP for more damage, MRes shred for more damage. Seems ideal.

Malady's great if you already have a tanky team.
