Least Useful Champ

[/quote] Jarvan is still strong if played well but he was extremely OP due when you could stack more than one of the same GP/10 item. Double Philo and 1 HoG in name is just way too powerful. Now that you have Jarvan limited to 1 Philo and 1 HoG, he's a lot easier to deal with.[/quote]
