The reason I used Ionian boots was because getting other cdr item delays the build, but it seems that most people don't stack m.res in Dominion so I have to agree Sorcerer's is a better choice.
I removed Hextech Gunblade. Kassadin should just stick with hit and run. His attack speed with void stone was just too funny to resist.
Games kept ending around 6k gold after RoA for me, so I opt for the cheaper DFG, and nuke seems more fitting for Kassadin ; ) Lich Bane seems pretty good, totally forgot about this speed item. Thanks!

I have seen some changes already and I have to say that I am very pleased however Hextech Gunblade is a real hybrid item. I am fully aware of the fact that hybrid Kassadin is viable but I would not take it in combination with the other items, if you want spell vamp though Will of the Ancients is a better choice.

If you really want cooldown reduction get Morello's Evil Tome or Deathfire Grasp and simply go for the Sorcerer's Shoes instead.

Void Staff is a good but very situational item, you should make that clear to your readers. If the enemy team is not stacking magic resist get Abyssal Mask instead.

Overall, I really like the changes that are made keep up the good work. Lich Bane is also a great item on Kassadin and gives movement speed so you might want to look at that one too. I will check this guide soon and I might upvote it then.

Thanks for the reply! After more games with this build, I have to agree Kassadin can't go without any ap (although he does NOT do 0 damage lol). His killing power falls off the cliff lategame, and that's when captures do not damage enemy nexus, making him quite useless.

First of all, this build does not seem finished yet, you have given a description in your guide how to use the items but not in the build itself. Next, I understand it is Dominion, all about speed but there are some problems with your build.

Kassadin already possesses a lot of movement with his Riftwalk so going Mobility Boots is in my opinion a real waste but thats more of a personal choice.

Also, take two points in Utility Mastery instead of Expanded Mind these will buff the duration of the speed shrines.

With this build, kassadin does absolutely 0 damage no one will be scared of you nor your burst so he will be able to capture points if and only if no one of the enemy team is around to attack you. This also makes Exhaust rather useless as it is a duelling spell. Take Promote, Flash or Garrison instead.

As I am a Kassadin player myself, I can't upvote this guide. It is unfinished and very short, also I do not believe this is viable. Do not worry though, I will not downvote this.
