Why would I like this to be reviewed? I recently made some changes to my guide (which I think are improvements :P). Since the most important thing about a guide are the reviews, here I am ^^

Nick, what am I always saying about AD and ArP?
I'm saying that ArP is BETTER than AD with physical abilities.
Where does Garen's damage come from? That's right. 90% of his damage is from his abilities.
Use ArP marks and quints.
EDIT: Oh and since you're using ArP runes you should be running Youmuu's Ghostblade instead of Last Whisper.

No, because of the scaling on Judgment and Decisive Strike. You crush anybody earlygame and lategame, where people get more armor, you have Last Whisper, which makes ArP runes ineffective.
It is the same if Lee Sin, Riven or Talon would buy Last Whisper.

Scaling does mean ****. ArP beats AD quints in this case (and since AD quints are stronger than AD marks ArP is better in marks too). PERIOD.

Well, still I don't buy Youmuu's Ghostblade(AS is useless man... Just look at Riven), I buy Last Whisper.
And thats why AD runes are more effective.
AD runes mainly increase the earlygame power, the point, which Garen shines. That way, he can just outlane anyone.
