Why: Simply because I like opinions on it. A lot of work has gone into it and I'm always looking to make improvements, although i'll say I don't think there are a lot to be had.

Changed the guide a bit based on your feedback.
Made an own Youmuu's Ghostblade section.
But still, tanks are not the focus for Garen. As written in the guide, he should focus carries and tanky dps. Last Whisper also works better against tanks than Youmuu's Ghostblade(for an obvious reason).

As I said , ArpEn runes will refund the loss from last whisper. Also I said youmuu's was VIABLE xD, anyways great guide and keep up the great work:).

Lol, who do you think made AD quints popular? (I'm pretty sure I contributed to that) So if I say ArP is better then that is how it is.
Anyhow, I've told you which runes ARE best. It's up to you if you want to accept it or not.
