At first I really like this guide, it looks good and it is quite well written.

Viability

When it comes to viability this guide is quite ok but far from optimal. Here are my findings:

Your runes are very defensive but I suppose they are ok. You do sacrifice a lot of damage though.
The build is quite good but the build order is not that great. I suggest to get Rod of Ages -> Lich Bane -> Rabadon's Deathcap or Rod of Ages -> Rabadon's Deathcap -> Lich Bane. Lich Bane adds gives Fizz huge burst. Therefore you should get it asap, it is part of your core; not a luxury item!
Rylai's Crystal Scepter isn't very great on Fizz. You can chase ppl so well; it does NOT work with Urchin Strike and it only slows for 15% on W. Therefore I'd say, don't get it.
9/0/21 masteries are useful but not optimal. You sacrifice a lot of damage for some utility. Transmutation is very useless if you don't get additional spell vamp from items and Awareness isn't very great actually. I'd heavily suggest 21/0/9 masteries.
The Hybrid runes seriously make no sense, Greater Seal of Magic Resist are virtually useless.

Grammar

Overall, grammar seems to be in order. Everything is comprehensive and easy to read. I haven't found any grammatical errors so far. (Maybe someday I will xD)

Visual Appearance

The guide overall looks beautiful and is pleasant to read. Although you could see to it to add some images/videos to make it even more appealing. bbcode has been used extensively as well as colour. Sometimes you use too much colour (I don't think I have to elaborate where ^^). Some sections of the guide could been made even more cleaner but nothing serious. Overall, it is as appealing as a children's book!

In-Depth

Overall, this guide is quite in-depth. You explain items and even mention some additonal/situational items and you also take into account the laning and teamfighting phases. However, sadly, that will be all. You could make your guide so much more in-depth if you want to. You could describe even more items (situational items, starting items, etc.) Also you could make a section which describes how to deal with certain, possibly very hard, matchups. Possibilities are nearly endless!

Overall I think this guide should have a higher rating than it currently has. However, this guide could be improved on many points; mainly the viability. Also I suggest to make your guide more structured when it comes to AP and Hybrid Fizz. I suggest you create two separate "guides" within this one. If you don't know exactly what I mean, check out My Cho'Gath Guide for an example!

okay i know you have more sustainability with your guide than most but i go sheen, deathcap, lichbane, hourglass, and i usually carry most games, how is your guide better?

Hardly any information, with hard to read text because you add a fajillion unneeded colours to it. Also, you've limited the layout to Jhoi's copy and paste oe, she didn't make the guide for that - She made it so you could learn all the coding and use it to make something special.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you didn't use the banner I requested from Jhoijhoi without asking me, and no, I won't let you use it, so please remove it.
