Shaco...

Set up 4-5 JiTBs in the bush next to enemy's wraiths 2. ^ First blood 3. DON'T PUT JiTbs IN BUSHES, it's so so so obvious. I like to go bot when I'm on the top part of the map and top when I'm on the bottom part, then I place them where the bush would be for the other team if it was symmetrical (hard to explain). Level boxes first, then Shiv. Start out with amplifying tome and a health potion building into Morello's tome eventually. Since you have two 1:1 AP ratios and really strong JiTBS, you can build almost pure ap with very little tankiness. I tend to get deathfire grasp as well, so I can deceive to get in range, then use it and shiv. This one hit kills champions with ~1800 hp and lowish MR.
