So, I played a ranked game and we lost it ( Mainly my fault for having a really bad game ). It lasted 20 min ( surrender) I lost 24 ELO. Right after that, I play another ranked game, we won this time! The game lasted 93 min. We won by an awesome comeback. I look at the end game lobby. I won 6 ELO.
In other word : 20 min game lost = -24 ELO
93 min game won = +6 ELO

Playing AD Sion, charge the thick of the fight and tap R. 100% lifesteal, they can't touch me. Well, unless my R doesn't activate. Repeatedly, in multiple fights. Went something like 4/10 that game, to everyone's frustration.
Edit: Oh, forgot to add that we had two trolls that came. They coordinated in Spanish, and blocked all surrender votes. Plus, they took tele to get their carcasses to the enemy faster.
