ok, I have read this guide, it works, but I have two things:
-Use Manna regen per level Yellows, please, at level 6 they are exacly as strong as Flat Manna reg runes, and since mid game Orianna have to use her skills a lot. I used to use Flat regen runes, buy I replaced them coz they werent enough good.
-How many times you go Banshee right after Rod? Imo Rylay is better for survivality, or next Rod, but anyway

why I +1?
+Rod as first AP item, its a must
+Command Attack maxed first, you're doing it right
+Nice video

Summary Here: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/the-brothers-guide-reviewing-shoppe-160391#chapter19

1. Why Banshee's Veil second? The item order is mixed up, it should be more like:
Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Rod of Ages, Rabadon's Deathcap, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Void Staff, Banshee's Veil

2. An Ability Power Carry Orianna should go 21/0/9, not 9/0/21. The 3% Spell Vampirism from Transmutation is very pathetically small.

3. Your "Pre-Reading" info chapter has spelling/grammar errors. "Before you start down-voting my build, I would request the audience [that means you], to read this build before I get questions or statements that I've already answered. Please and thank you.

4. Your "Pre-Intro" section should be moved further down into the guide, and re-titled "AP or Support?". Give a debate for each, and why AP is the better build. Right now you are only harrying the support build, when really you should build your case and THEN take down the other case. Also, run a thorough proofread check through it afterwards.

5. Your "Introduction" section needs more coding. Pros and Cons should be underlined like (u)(/u) with [ ] instead of ( ), and colored light green and red, respectively. You should list the pros and cons using
    code, like:
  • Farms well
  • Can keep distance and kite effectively
  • High, mostly Area of Effect, Magic Damage
  • Strong Area of Effect Crowd Control
  • Great Survivability
  • Mana issues
  • No sustain
  • Difficult to learn
  • Ball can be un-cooperative

6. Your "Runes" section needs more wiki-code. Also, color-coding.
Marks (Red): Greater Mark of Magic Penetration's Magic Penetration makes harassment and damage hurt a lot more, bypassing Magic Resist.
Seals (Yellow): Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration's Mana Regeneration means more spell-spam, since Orianna is mana-intense.
Glyphs (Blue): Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power's Ability Power means for more damaging spells in the second half of the game.
Quintessences (Purple): Greater Glyph of Ability Power's Ability Power means for more damaging spells in the first half of the game.
^ Something like that. Add color-coding and font adjusting.

7. The "Masteries" chapter is lazy, I'm sorry. Explain your decisions. Debunk the opposition.

8. Your "Items" chapter is lacking in depth. Explain OPTIONS! Doran's Ring, Sorcerer's Shoes, Archangel's Staff, Deathfire Grasp, Lich Bane, Zhonya's Hourglass, Guardian Angel, other situational items! Explain why you could or won't take them in your build. Right now, it looks like you haven't done your in-depth research.

9. Your "Skill Sequence" chapter should be renamed to "Skills".\
Clockwork Windup- Don't forget to throw out an auto-attack here or there, as this great passive deals 20% of your AP + a 15% bonus that stacks up to 3 times with each auto-attack.
Command: Dissonance- Second thing to max. It can slow down enemies or and make allies go faster, in an area of effect, making this ability very strong, not including the fact it can damage enemies as well. It is great with your Q for strong harassment.
Command: Protect- Has a good passive, and it gives shields, but it's the last thing to max, because it does a minimal amount of damage compared to Q and W.
Command: Shockwave- Max whenever possible. Great Area of Effect disrupt that does great damage.
Expand on this chapter, as the skills are what makes a champion an individual! Include videos of each skill perhaps, or tips and tricks and tactics.

10. Capitalizion errors in your "Summoner Spells" section.

11. Merge the "Summoner Spell: Clarity" section into your "Summoner Spells" secton.

12. Your "Questions" chapter has run-away spacing and capitalization errors.

13. Merge your "Questions" chapter and "Tips" chapter.

14. Remove the "For Me:" chapter. It is pointless.

15. The "Summary" chapter really isn't a summary. I'd rename it to "Special Thanks", and remove most of it, just leaving the names and explanations.

16. Important: If you are writing a guide, you are NOT to say that the reader can do whatever they want. It puts holes into your credibility and makes you seem un-confident. You KNOW [or should know] that your build works, or you wouldn't be writing a guide about it. Explain your build, and stand by it. {But, keep yourself open to criticism. ; ) }

17. Don't ever use a smiley in a serious guide. It really wrecks the authority of what you are saying.

Presentation: 2/5
Content: 2/3
Conveyance: 3/5
Spelling/Grammar: 3/3
Total: 10/16
Total lack of formatting really hurts here and you shouldn’t ever rule out. Never talk about landing kills in a guide unless your champion is specifically meant for it, namely Assassin class Champions. That is pretty much all I have to say. Presentation takes a major hit due to lack of Formatting, Conveyance and Content take lesser hits for the same reason.
  • Read Jhoijhoi’s guide on guides, it should help you along
  • Your Disclaimer isn’t needed needed, people will do what the feel with or without your approval

Pre-intro
- Your going to be having to buy > You're going to have to buy
- rush those 5 gold per items > rush those 5 gold per 10 items

Introduction
- Great farmer which can make > Great farmer who can make
- Her Aoe stun is like Annies but better > Her AoE stun is like Annie's but better

Items
- and i want > and I want

Skill Sequence
- Also dont forget to auto attack too > Don't forget to auto attack,

Questions
- or a Fiddles sticks > or a Fiddlesticks
- then your guaranteed a victory > then you guaranteed a victory
- making them stunned + slowed > stunning + slowing them

That's it for proofreading, good luck with fixing :)
