CDR will ALWAYS be better than Strength of Spirit.

I'd say Ryze can afford to lose the CDR for 30-40 health regen from SoS. Ryze does generally buy a lot of CDR in Frozen Heart, and he has some on his Q too. If he takes blue he'll be at 40% easily.

Perhaps. He's the only one where it's even a close decision, though.

Edit: Another possibility is putting three points in Intelligence
and one in
Strength of Spirit
. You get 0.4% of mana as health regen just for one point. That way you get all the CDR and still get almost half of the regen from SoS.

But Duff does not dismiss others the way Searz habitually does. Duff can be annoyingly stubborn, but at least he is fairly respectful.
Beyond annoyingly. So stubborn it's useless to argue with him. That is what originally ticked me off about him. The walls of unnecessary text didn't help either :(
I know I was out of line, but I was very tired, having only slept 2 hours and Duff's arrogance always rubs me the wrong way.
