I have and use the Quints on supports, not sure about the Seals though.

I've been using GP10 quints on all supports and everything I haven't invested into other quints for yet. They're never bad (who doesn't love 240 free gold per quint over a 40 minute game?), they're just not necessarily as good as other quints.
