MissMaw: Fiora's left side of her body looks too erased. Try using a hard brush and only erasing the stuff that Kayle should be covering.

Background looks cool but kass and ez look like they've been slapped right on it, maybe you could try and blend them in.
As for the text you could try not lowering the opacity and instead add a small 'border' around the letters. I mean, that's what I'd do, I'm not so sure how it would look on this banner though..
