U can nerf all number in her kit, this one is just the best : AS scaling with W, AD scaling with Q and AD boost with R.
Remember when they nerfed her on ult and Q, it was funny but she's still a monster in late game.
Cassio can do good against ryze, the better choice is still to ban both :D

For me, I see Gragas as I see Cassipoeia, you buys boots and as long as you aren't predictable in movement you should be ok. Never have issues with either of them when I go boot+3pot path at start

Kennen is strong against skill shot/placement skill champions because he has a spammable Move Speed buff. That is useless against Ryze because all his skills are targetted, and the snare completely stops Kennen's combos.
