Did not read your build because there was no coding, only walls of text. Also, what's up with the _______? Is it meant to stand for "Insert enemy mid here" or something?

As for your build itself, I'm not a fan. Your survivability item (Rylai's) comes too late. You go 9/0/21 and I feel 21/0/9 is better.

You have 3 Magic pen items: Sorcerer's Shoes, Abyssal Mask, and Void Staff. Unless everyone on the enemy team has 150+ MR, that is completely unnecessary, drop the Void Staff in favor of something else.

For your runes, I think Greater Quintessence of Ability Power is a better choice, though Ahri is quite slow so swiftness could work. For your seals, I would just take all Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration instead of half Clarity, half Replenishment. They are better in the long run and you have a couple of Doran's Rings to cover your early game mana needs.

The fast Abyssal Mask actually seems like a good idea, not one I've tried myself yet. What I would do with the ordering is this:
Boots, 3 Health Potions
2 Doran's Rings
Negatron Cloak if necessary
Hextech Revolver
Sorcerer's Shoes
Abyssal Mask <- you now have 40 Magic Pen in addition to the 10% you get from Arcane Knowledge and 9 from runes. That is plenty, especially since Void Staff applies the 40% reduction last. If they have 100 MR, these items reduces it to ~40. The Void Staff will only add another 16 magic pen. Carries will probably have 30-80 MR, making your reductions before the Void Staff drop it to 0-23 and the staff only adds another 0-9 magic pen which is practically nothing.

Hi! I like your guide, well explained. There are a couple of problems though.

• The Utility mastery tree has 2 points in Expanded Mind while 3 points in Meditation . I recommend removing the warding mastery and putting the point in Expanded Mind . You need 3 points in that particular part to unlock Meditation .
• BBcoding! Make your guide well looking with BBcoding. As above, that website will help a lot. It looks like too much, but soon you will have most of the basics memorized, as I have!
• Maybe a little fix in spelling for "negatron", not "negetron".

Very short and undetailed, but generally good, you need a lot of editing. Previous comment - you have there even link to guide how to BBC code and edit guide to make it look better.
