I wouldn't take
Teleport,
Flash/
Exhaust/
Ghost is better for utility, and TP is near useless while jungling.
AD Marks and Quints are better than Armor Pen because
Burnout does magic damage and scales with AD.
Your build is squishy as hell. IE and PD are suboptimal as
Shyvana isn't an AD Carry, but a bruiser, and building her squishy will get you killed. Take
Mercury's Treads over
Berserker's Greaves, buy some health, and get some Magic Resist.
Black Cleaver and Madreds has good synergy though, so think hard about those.

I've found that when used right,
Teleport is actually quite devastating, Particularly with
Shyvana.
I'll have to try AD over Arm pen to be sold on it.
I've found I am a bit squishy later levels, Might try work in a
Frozen Mallet and
Randuin's Omen.

1) Madreds sucks ****
2) Zerkers on an easily kited champ? Nono
3) Never get TBC or PD on her
Runes = Deso quints and marks is kinda extreme.. I personally even go with flat ad marks and quints

Wriggles, Merc, Phage / HoG, Wits, Trin + GA if doing well, Fromal Atmas if not, Randuin's if you bought HoG
